Description
At Adyen, you will work as an AI Tech Risk Officer, partnering with cross-functional teams and regional second-line functions to ensure safe, secure, and resilient implementation of autonomous AI architectures and regulatory requirements.
The Tech Risk team, part of the second line risk function, ensures that risk management practices are applied across Adyen's technological environments, teams, and initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating technology threats and risks across diverse AI developments in the industry, internal projects, and assets, advising stakeholders, and ensuring risk mitigation actions are implemented.
- Collaborating closely with leadership and building an internal network to ensure the domain remains represented in business activities, contributing to decision-making.
- Driving the second line risk oversight for AI and general Technology risks, including KRI design, risk monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborating with other Risk domains to incorporate AI Tech risks into Adyen's risk profile, ensuring those are considered when evaluating company objectives.
- Collaborating with or advising other second-line teams in the implementation of AI Governance requirements in Adyen's tech environments.
The ideal candidate has at least 5+ years of experience within a risk management function, with 2 years of demonstrated experience guiding AI risk mitigations, AI Governance, or AI Cyber Security.
The base salary range for this role is $145,000- $260,000.
