We are seeking a Medical Information Specialist to join our team in Beijing, China.
As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional support to customers, including doctors, experts, and other partners, in the designated area. Your main tasks will include:
- Providing timely and accurate professional support to customers under the guidance of company policies and procedures
- Building partnership relationships with customers
- Planning and organizing various academic conferences or activities
- Collecting market and customer feedback information through the company's management system and other compliant channels, analyzing, and providing suggestions
- Maintaining effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments
- Continuously improving professional knowledge and abilities under the guidance of superiors
- Executing new initiatives introduced by the company and exploring opportunities for innovation and optimization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields
- Proficient in MS Office, good English skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong learning willingness and ability
- Able to manage pressure and motivate yourself
- Relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
