We are seeking dependable General Warehouse Associates to join our distribution team in Waverly, NY. This role is essential in ensuring products are accurately handled, organized, and prepared for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize merchandise within the distribution center.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers or pallets using safe lifting techniques.
- Operate manual or powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines.
- Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
- Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 0–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

The typical pay range for this role is $16.00 - $23.56 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
