Description
We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Hydroelectricity and Dams team in Quebec, Canada.
You will contribute to major projects that enhance the safety, performance, and resilience of essential infrastructure across Canada.
Our team comprises over 150 experts collaborating on dam development, renovation, and safety projects. You will utilize your expertise to support public and private clients and make a significant impact on inspiring projects.
Your Impact
- Participate in feasibility studies and detailed engineering for new structures or rehabilitation of existing ones (dams, spillways, hydroelectric power plants)
- Design reinforced concrete and steel structures
- Conduct inspections
- Prepare plans and estimates
- Develop reports and calculation notes
- Perform dam safety studies
- Actively contribute to team growth and excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
- 10+ years of experience in structural design
- Experience in designing hydroelectric or dam projects is an asset
- Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ)
- Strong technical judgment, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; bilingualism required for national projects
- ASP Construction card; availability for occasional travel

Salary
- $103,500 - $137,400 per year (Quebec)
