We are seeking an Auxiliar de Grupos e Eventos to join our team at Hotel Jequitimar Guarujá Resort & Spa, a high-end hotel located on the coast of São Paulo.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and detailing events after contract signing, validating reservations, and tracking information.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the logistics of group arrivals and departures, including transportation, room allocation, and necessary resources.
- Ensuring seamless event execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills.
This is a full-time position.
