Description
We are seeking a Senior / Principal ICT consultant to join our Building Technology Systems (BTS) team. As a BTS consultant, you will be designing IT networks within buildings, working with multiple design disciplines, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Designing IT networks within buildings
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand, develop, and interpret their requirements
- Implementing leading-edge network designs and technologies into real-world applications
- Creating future-ready buildings
Core Functions:
- Working within a BTS discipline team, providing design and technical advice on projects
- Completing detailed designs
- Carrying out feasibility studies
- Producing detailed and performance specifications
- Producing detailed equipment schedules
Requirements:
- CIBSE/IET/Engineering Council accredited honours degree or specific experience leading to Chartership
- Revit MEP training applied to the discipline
- Accredited network qualification
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK and capability to achieve SC-level UK security clearance
