Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Bicester Foodhall, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing demands
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and driving results
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Your schedule will be:
- Sunday: 12:00-18:00
- Tuesday: 12:00-18:00
- Wednesday: 12:00-18:00
- Thursday: 12:00-18:00
