The Product Manager owns the vision, direction, and priorities for a larger, more complex, or strategic product or group of products, managing the full product lifecycle from strategic planning through to tactical execution. They understand the needs of the customers the product is designed to serve in depth, communicate those needs crisply across the organization, and work with design and engineering to translate them into clear priorities, compelling roadmaps, and high-impact solutions.

- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Translate complex customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement and customer engagement.
- Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to maximize organizational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:

- Proficiency in computer literacy, including advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effective multitasking.
- Strong researching abilities to inform product decisions and market understanding.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing tax, accounting, or other regulated professional-services software, ideally enterprise products serving large firms.
- Hands-on experience building and launching AI/ML-enabled products or features, including working with engineering on responsible AI, data quality, and governance.

- Experience mentoring junior Product Managers and leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Familiarity with product analytics and customer-feedback tools (e.g., Pendo, Amplitude) to drive data-informed prioritization.
- Experience with Agile practices and road mapping/backlog tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Lucid).
