Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and test software applications based on business requirements. You will work on moderately complex to complex issues, analyzing situations and data to develop solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Standardizing quality assurance procedures for software
- Overseeing testing and debugging, and developing fixes
- Researching complaints and making necessary adjustments and recommendations to resolve complex software-related issues
- Collaborating with business partners and solution and application architects to design software solutions
- Influencing department strategy and making decisions on technical approaches for project components
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and testing software applications and/or infrastructure
- 5+ years of experience with Workday integration techniques, including RaaS, API, Cloud Connector, and EIB
- 4+ years of experience collaborating with HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning teams
- 3+ years of experience with Workday architecture and data structures
- 3+ years of experience working with protected information
- 2+ years of experience implementing Workday security, including SSO and MFA
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Experience with Workday Extend
- Experience with Workday Orchestration
- Experience with Workday Sana
- Experience with Electronic Transmissions processes
- Experience estimating, budgeting, and planning projects

Work arrangement:
- Remote position with occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings
- Must have a dedicated workspace with minimal interruptions and a reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
Salary:
- $106,900 - $147,000 per year
Scheduled weekly hours:
- 40 hours per week
