Description
This is a Twilight Team Leader Role, working nights from 5pm until 2am, depending on the day, with potential weekend work. The role involves leading the day-to-day running of your department, supporting colleagues, and ensuring customers receive the best possible service.
As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading by example, managing stock, supporting new starters, and solving problems on the shop floor. You'll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
