We are seeking a full-time Albanian Speaking Support Associate to join our Support team in Tirana, Albania. As a Customer Service Representative, you will communicate with customers via live chat or phone, ensuring smooth delivery operations and developing our support function.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in a Wolt tone of voice, adapting to their tone
- Ensure smooth delivery operations
- Develop our support function with the team and other departments
Requirements:
- Great communication skills with a personal touch
- Customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset
- Fast learner, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluent in Albanian and proficient in English
- Located in Tirana
