Description
We are seeking a Band 7 Service Manager - Maternity, Obstetrics & Neonates to join our team at Barnet Site on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
The successful candidate will provide operational leadership, overseeing daily team operations to ensure continuous service delivery and high-quality care or performance standards. They will also provide direct supervision, development, and support to team staff throughout the fixed-term period.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing departmental objectives and contributing to strategic priorities
- Maintaining compliance with organisational standards, auditing protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage resource allocation and process improvements

The salary for this post is £55,524 to £62,652 per annum, inclusive of HCAS.
