Description
We are seeking a General Manager for Juniper Spain, a leadership role responsible for launching and growing the business in Spain.
As General Manager, you will own the local product experience and operations, reporting into our international leadership team.
Key responsibilities:
- Define what makes Juniper win in Spain and create a great customer experience locally.
- Own retention, engagement, and customer outcomes.
- Improve the end-to-end customer journey.
- Build the local operating model, systems, and processes.
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing local team.
- Partner with central teams to localise the experience for Spanish consumers.
- Own local operational performance, service quality, and unit economics.
- Build local partnerships and brand relevance.
- Act as the voice of the customer and market.
Requirements:
- Experience building and scaling a business, preferably in a high-growth consumer sector.
- Ability to identify what makes a business win and translate that into an operating model.
- Strategic thinking with strong execution skills.
- Leadership experience, with a focus on hiring great people.
- Commercial mindset with understanding of unit economics.
- Bias for action and excitement about creating something from scratch.
