Description
We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Richmond Village Letcombe Regis, a luxury retirement living community. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality clinical, social, and emotional care to our residents, supporting them with their individual needs and promoting independence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs
- Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care
- Be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes
- Communicate with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals
