Description
As a Witgoed Monteur aan Huis, you will repair washing machines, dryers, and other white goods at customers' homes.
Your tasks will include:
- Repairing white goods products at customers' homes quickly, safely, and in a customer-friendly manner.
- Conducting thorough problem analysis when a customer reports a fault.
- Assessing the situation and determining the best approach: repair or replace.
- Carrying out repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards and leaving your workspace tidy.
- Accurately completing all necessary administration for both the customer and Coolblue.
- Working according to standard processes, house rules, and health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring continuous improvement, such as sharing ideas with colleagues or supervisors.
- Behaving professionally on the road, driving safely, and following traffic rules.
- Being responsible for the bus, stock, and tools provided, as well as their transportation.
- Ensuring the bus is clean and ready for the next day at the depot.
Qualifications:
- You have technical insight and practical skills.
- You have a good attitude and enjoy visiting customers' homes.
- You are friendly and customer-focused, even in challenging situations.
- You can work independently and analytically.
- You have a valid driver's license B and have had it for at least 2 years.
- You drive safely and responsibly, and handle the bus, stock, and tools with care.
- You are available for at least 36 hours per week.
Induction Programme: You will start with an internal training programme at the Utrecht depot, learning about Coolblue's devices, systems, and working methods. You will work alongside experienced technicians, receive training from our trainers, and practice tasks step-by-step.
