We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, offering an hourly rate of $16.50 USD per hour. \
As a Target team member, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment that prioritises guest satisfaction. You will contribute to providing excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and driving sales growth. \
Responsibilities: \
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and support a guest-first culture across the store \
- Develop knowledge of retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency \
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to meet business priorities and achieve sales goals \
Requirements: \
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members \
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs \
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team \
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills to resolve guest queries \
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes \
- Accurately handle cash register operations \
- Physically able to climb ladders, scan and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds \
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance necessary \
