Description
The Executive Director, People & Culture, Australia & New Zealand is responsible for leading the People & Culture function across the Walt Disney Company in Australia and New Zealand.
The role involves developing and implementing the ANZ People & Culture strategy, supporting business goals and growth objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the People & Culture team and facilities function across ANZ
- Developing and implementing People & Culture strategies and initiatives
- Partnering with the ANZ Leadership team to drive business outcomes
- Overseeing employee engagement, talent management, and succession planning
- Managing budgets and headcount reporting
- Ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and laws
The successful candidate will have:
- 10+ years of experience in a managerial/leadership role
- Direct involvement with senior business executives
- Experience working in a dynamic and matrixed environment
- Strong business acumen and People & Culture functional knowledge
