Description
We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to consolidate operational and financial reporting for DPTF, producing an accurate and current view of spend, forecast and operational health for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate operational and financial reporting for DPTF
- Run monthly and quarterly financial cycles
- Coordinate business planning cycle and operating rhythm
- Support budget management and track commitments
- Collect and quality assure financial and operational inputs
- Produce cost transparency and establishment reporting
- Support financial control and compliance activity
- Identify and deliver process automation and optimisation opportunities
- Provide operational insight to senior leadership teams
- Partner with Finance and Investment & Portfolio Manager
- Maintain business operations tooling and templates
- Use AI and analytics to accelerate consolidation and variance analysis
Experience Required:
- 15+ years of experience, typically 6-8 years in technology finance, business operations, financial analysis or management reporting roles
- Experience running monthly and quarterly financial cycles
- Experience consolidating financial and operational data
- Experience producing cost transparency reporting
- Experience supporting budget management
- Experience identifying and delivering automation or simplification of recurring reporting processes
