At HPE Networking, the Digital Experience & Automation (DEA) team is reimagining how people experience support and services in a digital-first world,setting new standards for the future of networking.
As a Networking (Aruba) Solution Architect - AI/ML, you will work hands-on with HPE Networking products including Juniper, Aruba, and related technologies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and structuring both structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights
- Applying machine learning, statistical modeling, AI, and automation techniques to improve support operations, data quality, operational accuracy, and customer outcomes
- Developing descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutions, translating technical requirements into working code, algorithms, and automated workflows
- Documenting installation and maintenance procedures, performing testing and debugging, and defining and monitoring performance metrics
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of HPE support processes, including case management, RMA handling, incident management, SLA compliance, escalation management, and case closure
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, networking, or a closely related discipline
- Typically 6 - 10 years of experience in network engineering, support operations, AI and machine learning, or a related technical field
- One or more Aruba and/or Juniper certifications, with deep expertise in routing, switching, security, wireless, and SD-WAN solutions
- Additional skills in artificial intelligence technologies, machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, machine learning operations, data engineering, data science, design thinking, development fundamentals, AI tools, HPE Networking, wired and wireless networking, network support operations, cross-domain knowledge, incident management, case lifecycle management, SLA management, customer escalation handling, root cause analysis, KPI management, process improvement, Power Automate, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, IT performance, scalability testing, security-first mindset, and full-stack development
