Description
We are currently seeking a Target Security Specialist (TSS) to join our Supply Chain Asset Protection team. As a TSS, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure work environment at our supply chain facility.
The pay range for this position is $17.98 - $30.48 per hour, with potential additional compensation through shift differentials ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Target-owned vehicles to execute yard and perimeter patrol routines
- Follow emergency procedures and protocols in the event of emergencies
- Conduct truck gate operations and visitor management
- Prioritise tasks and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Operate technology systems with minimal direction after receiving training
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to multi-task and respond quickly in crisis situations
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity levels
- Prior experience preferred but not required
