An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oaklands Hospital for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and customer services skills to join our Private Patient Team.
Oaklands Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading providers of NHS and private patients’ services in England. The hospital has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for patients with health insurance, patients who are self-funding treatment or NHS patients exercising choice through the e-referral system.
The successful applicant will liaise with self-pay and medically insured patients, local hospital teams, Consultants and Medical Secretaries to grow private patient admissions, and to ensure the private patient experience is consistently and exceptionally delivered. You will need to have the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload whilst working under pressure, be target driven and have a proven track record of achieving results.
What you will bring with you:
- Proven track record of achieving targets whilst maintaining an outstanding level of customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a private healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong customer service and sales experience
- Sound computer skills using the MS Office Suite and Web based reporting
- Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Goal focused, and results driven
