Description
Filevine is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer - Node to join their team. You will be responsible for developing web-based applications using technologies such as Node, React, Redis, MS SQL, ElasticSearch, and AWS.
Responsibilities:
- Develop web-based applications using Node, React, Redis, MS SQL, ElasticSearch, and AWS
- Perform day-to-day maintenance and support of existing applications
- Preserve and optimize software quality
- Innovate and improve software, features, processes, and technology
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix issues and bugs
- Perform detailed code reviews
- Work within an assigned team to complete duties and mentor junior engineers
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency support
- Communicate frequently and effectively with technical and management audiences
- Analyze and improve scalability and performance of high-volume web applications
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record
- Expert in NodeJs, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Expert in frameworks like Angular and React
- Expert in source control systems like GitHub
- Expertise in leading initiatives and working independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the application development life cycle
Additional Information:
- Compensation: $160,000 - $230,000 per year
