Responsibilities

Manage assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions.
Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations.
Take important steps to ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for patients.
Demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

Comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
Attention and focus to concentrate on tasks without distraction.
Customer service orientation to help people in a friendly manner.
Communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
Mathematical reasoning to solve problems.
Problem resolution to judge when something is wrong and choose the best course of action.
