We are recruiting a Material & Bodily Injury Claims Manager on a permanent contract, based at Nanterre Préfecture (92). You will be part of the TPA Claims Centre, managing files related to Material and Bodily Injury Liability on behalf of various clients (insurers, brokers, companies).
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive and record claims notifications
- Analyse contract guarantees
- Provision files based on medical elements throughout the follow-up process
- Determine responsibilities
- Engage with relevant stakeholders (experts, doctors, lawyers, etc.)
- Handle bodily injury compensation for victims and social bodies
- Manage potential appeals
- Conduct reviews
- Participate in client reporting and steering meetings
- Provide advice and support to clients in managing their bodily injury claims
Profile Sought:
- Hold a Bac +4/+5 degree in Insurance or Law
- At least 3 years of experience as a Claims Manager in Material and Bodily Injury Liability

- Good technical knowledge of the specified areas

Salary Range: 35,000 - 38,000€ fixed annual gross + performance-based bonus
