Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions. As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own the experience for your product as well as its roadmap and competitive positioning, and you will collaborate with company leadership on setting your product's goals.
The Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions will own the Grafana Labs offerings that run outside our standard multi-tenant SaaS. This includes Grafana Federal Cloud, for organizations that need FedRAMP-authorized observability, and Grafana Cloud Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC), which delivers the full Grafana Cloud experience while the customer pays the infrastructure bill directly to their cloud provider.
Your mission is to make Grafana Labs the obvious choice for organizations that can't use standard SaaS because of compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints. You’ll be responsible for adapting existing Grafana Cloud capabilities to these environments, deciding which features come in, which wait, and which stay out, and occasionally building something specific to BYOC or Federal Cloud.
Key responsibilities:
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Grafana Bring Your Own Cloud and Grafana Federal Cloud products
- Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for these products
- Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management on buildouts for these environments
- Work directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic deals
- Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to work through product changes affecting our authorization or existing customer commitments
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product
- Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools
- Clear product and go-to-market judgment
- Interest in working with US public sector customers
Nice to have:
- Experience selling to or building for US federal, state, or local government customers
- Familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks
- Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models
- Experience with observability, monitoring, or other data-intensive infrastructure products
In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is $208,602- $250,322.
