PRN Occupational Therapist Assistant - Acute Care

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at PT Solutions in Tarpon Springs, FL. Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Occupational Therapist Assistant

• Prepare equipment for treatment and assist an Occupational Therapist with rehabilitative activities for patients
• Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have the ability to exceed their functional goals
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital with physicians, case management, nurses, and others

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-approved occupational therapy assistant program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour

Schedule Requirements

• 2 weekend day shifts per month
• 1 major holiday
• 1 minor holiday
