Description
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.
Principal responsibilities:
- Accountable for Trust Future State Architecture projects implementation through the agile development lifecycle.
- Clarify requirements from key business stakeholders and sponsors in an organised way.
- Contribute to hands-on system architectural design and implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and software vendors to ensure deliveries are made on schedule with good quality.
- Stay at the forefront of AI and agent advancements, adapting the agent framework to leverage evolving industry technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong ability to communicate technical trade-offs and design decisions in a cross-regional, English-speaking environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver mission-critical projects with high-quality results under tight schedules and high pressure.
- Strong hands-on software development experience, and delivering high-quality, complex system solutions end-to-end.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance projects implementation.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills.
