Ajax Systems, a Ukrainian success story, is seeking an SMT Process Engineer for its production facility in Kyiv.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the production process runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with European standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring production has the necessary technological documentation for PCB assembly and processing
- Evaluating PCBs from a production process perspective during development stages
- Optimizing conditions for repeatable production operations
- Documenting production processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Assessing risks associated with technological processes
- Implementing new and innovative processes while optimizing existing ones
- Reducing product costs without compromising quality
- Playing a key role in describing production technologies for new product launches
- Selecting technological equipment for implementing new or optimizing existing production processes
Requirements:
- Ability to travel to Eastern Asia for 3-6-12 months
- Higher technical education
- Basic knowledge of printed circuit board (PCB) production technologies
- Basic understanding of electronics and electronic components
- Experience working in the electronics manufacturing industry
- Experience with manual, automatic, and semi-automatic PCB assembly equipment
- Ability to work with technological and design documentation
