Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old due to health and safety legislation
- Ability to work early mornings and potentially up to full-time hours during peak periods
- Digitally confident with experience using digital tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Sunday: 06:00-12:00, 06:00-11:00, 14:00-18:00
- Monday: 06:00-10:30, 06:00-11:00, 13:00-22:00
- Friday: 06:00-10:30, 06:00-11:00, 13:00-22:00
- Saturday: 06:00-12:00, 06:00-10:00, 13:00-22:00
