Description
You will join the Aladdin Product team at BlackRock, supporting the development and delivery of complex technology solutions and large-scale initiatives. The team works closely with engineering and data specialists to solve financial technology challenges and expand Aladdin's artificial intelligence capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering product roadmaps, business content, and supporting materials
- Partnering with engineering and data specialists to embed AI-first principles throughout product planning and delivery
- Contributing to AI-powered solutions, including enterprise chatbots and automation capabilities
- Conducting user discovery and stakeholder interviews to inform product priorities and reporting frameworks
- Designing scalable processes and operating models to improve engineering productivity and capacity allocation
- Promoting quality, reliability, and compliance throughout the product delivery lifecycle
The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in product management, a strong understanding of AI/ML applications, and experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams and stakeholder groups.
