The Store Management job is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position.

In this role, you'll:
- Communicate effectively with your team to support and lead them
- Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service
- Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth
- Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability
As a Store Management team member, you'll:
- Engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion
- Support your store as a management team member and lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies
- Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health
- Be willing to accept promotion roles within your designated market
Requirements include:
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor
- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
This full-time position offers:
- Anticipated weekly hours: 45
- Pay range: $18.50 - $23.88
