Capital One’s Student & Grad Programs teams are at the forefront of attracting, sourcing, and developing future leaders.
We are looking for an exceptional leader to oversee several early career programs within our Analyst program portfolio and manage a team of associates.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and developing early career talent and proven experience leading projects and processes in a well-managed way.
Core responsibilities will vary but may include:
- Serve as a people leader for ~4 direct reports, empowering and inspiring them to deliver their best work each day
- Lead the strategic direction for the program, which includes defining team scope and impact, influencing program curriculum and experience, strengthening partner interaction models, and communicating team goals across the organisation
- Build relationships with our Accountable Executives and other key stakeholders, including S&G Recruiting, HRBPs and LOB teams
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritise the best roles and people leaders, aligning to the business needs and enterprise guidelines
- Manage the associate experience from Day 1 onboarding and associate placement throughout the program experience and after graduation
- Consult and problem solve across your program team and the broader Students & Grads organisation.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 6 years of program management, client facing, or consulting experience, or a combination
- At least 1 year of people leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of people leadership experience
- At least 7 years of program management, client facing, or consulting experience, or a combination
- Significant experience analysing metrics, trends, and survey data, and using them to make strategic changes.
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
McLean, VA: $177,700 - $202,800 for Sr. Manager, Recruiting
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
