Description
As an Oracle Fusion Technical Lead, you will join the Cigna technology team responsible for building and maintaining Oracle Fusion applications and services supporting the Middle East region.
You will lead the technical effort for implementing and supporting a rollout of Oracle Fusion Financials solution to support health services and insurance businesses.
The team is rapidly expanding to embark on a major change initiative to augment an existing application ecosystem to enable business expansion into new markets.
Core Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the successful application support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Application implementation, rollout, and system support from a technical perspective.
- Support and manage all OIC integrations, VBCS, PCS & App Composer deployed across all core Fusion Financials.
- Support and manage all existing custom solutions/processes built on PaaS.
- Build BI Reports, OTBI reports, and write basic data extraction queries using SQL.
- Conduct technical design workshops for existing and new business requirements.
- Work with users and team members to configure the system and resolve issues.
- Lead data migration and integration activities from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.
- Perform impact analysis and propose solutions for enhancement requests.
- Assist in unit/system integration testing.
- Ensure implementation partners configure the system according to agreed-upon design.
- Understand capabilities, identify risks, and opportunities of deploying new functionality.
- Provide level 3 support and create/conduct instructor-led application training.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle technical consultant.
- Minimum 2 full-life cycle implementations of Fusion Financials.
- Experience with Oracle tools such as Design Studio, Application Composer, Page Composer, Workflow, and Fusion Middleware.
- Expertise in OIC, REST/SOAP Integration components.
- Experience with business requirements, technical analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of extensions within a software environment.
- Broad knowledge and deep domain experience within Oracle PaaS/IaaS products.
Desirable Requirements:
- Oracle PaaS Certification.
- Previous project experiences in finance transformation.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
