We are recruiting a Material Damage Claims Manager, based in Nanterre Prefecture (92), as a permanent position within our TPA team. You will be attached to the TPA Claims Management Centre and manage material damage claims for various clients, including insurers, brokers, and companies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive and record claims notifications
- Analyse policy guarantees
- Determine responsibilities
- Engage with relevant stakeholders (experts, doctors, lawyers, etc.)
- Proceed with insured indemnification
- Manage potential recourse actions
- Perform reviews
- Participate in client reporting and steering meetings
- Provide advice and support to clients in managing their bodily injury claims
Profile Sought: You hold a Bac +4/+5 degree in Insurance or Law and have at least 5 years of experience as a Claims Manager in Material Damage Liability.

Salary Range: 35,000 - 38,000€ fixed annual gross salary + performance-based bonus
