We are seeking experienced Environmental and Planning Lawyers to join our team in Berlin.
As part of our Environmental and Planning Law practice, you will work on complex planning and permitting procedures for the implementation of the energy transition. Our advisory services focus on large projects where we work closely with clients, technical planners and environmental experts. Key areas of focus include climate protection law, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), product-related environmental law, mining law and environmental compliance advice. Our team also regularly provides environmental law advice on large international M&A transactions, financings, restructurings and IPOs.
Responsibilities:
- Work on environmental and planning law issues
- Handle planning and permitting procedures
- Focus on nature conservation, emission protection and water law
- Work on climate protection law and ESG
- Provide compliance advice
Requirements:
- You have a strong interest in environmental and planning law topics
- You have already gained practical experience in this area, for example through a doctorate, part-time work or legal traineeship
- You stand out with excellent exam results and look beyond the legal horizon
- Your English language skills are fluent, ideally acquired abroad
- You think entrepreneurially, are committed and flexible
