As a Retail Store Associate, you'll play a meaningful role in our family, working independently and as part of a team to positively impact customers' lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, anticipating needs, and resolving service issues
- Focusing on customers with warm greetings, eye contact, and assistance locating items
- Accurately performing cashier duties, handling transactions, and following company policies
- Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
- Supporting opening and closing store activities, and providing customer support to all departments
- Assisting pharmacy personnel and embracing new CVS services and loyalty programs
You'll need to be at least 16 years old and have previous experience in a retail or customer service setting. Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting up to 35 lbs, and having good visual acuity.
The typical pay range for this role is $15 - $25 per hour. As a part-time employee, you're eligible for benefits, including dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
