Food Manager

We are seeking a Food Manager to lead our stores and drive business success.

As a Food Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Role modelling and coaching for high standards and efficiency across the whole food hall.
• Managing compliance to processes whilst bringing passion and flair for great shop keeping and customer service.
• Ensuring every customer gets the food they want when they shop with us.
• People management, including performance and capability management, disciplinaries, and scheduling.
• Assuming overall responsibility for running the store at times.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Experience providing brilliant customer service and coaching a team.
• Ability to deliver KPIs and manage disciplinaries.
• Leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced operational setting.
