As a Retail Store Associate, you'll play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. You'll work independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
- Focusing on the customer with a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating additional items
- Accurately performing cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision
- Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks
- Supporting opening and closing store activities, when needed
- Providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty
- Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed
- Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
To qualify, you'll need:
- At least 16 years of age
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- Ability to remain upright on your feet for sustained periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and have close visual acuity
This part-time position has a schedule of:
- Monday: 4PM - 6PM
- Tuesday: 4PM - 6PM
- Wednesday: 4PM - 6PM
- Thursday: 4PM - 6PM
- Friday: 4PM - 6PM
- Saturday: 4PM - 6PM
- Sunday: 4PM - 6PM
The typical pay range for this role is $15.15 - $22.15 per hour.
