Description
We are recruiting for multiple Gardener roles to maintain our award-winning gardens to the highest standards. The successful candidates will hold a Level 2 horticulture qualification, have good practical horticultural experience, and be flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
The Gardener roles will focus primarily on the practical maintenance and improvement of City Gardens. The successful candidates will be supported with the resources needed to deliver ongoing maintenance, improvements, and horticultural projects.
Responsibilities:
- Hold a Level 2 horticulture qualification
- Have good practical horticultural experience, ideally within busy urban green spaces
- Be flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Be confident using mobile technology to work on the move
Benefits:
- Salary: £34,715 - £38,172 per year
- Contractual Hours: 37 hours per week
- Hours of Work/Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7.30 to 15.30- Monday to Thursday finish at 3.30, on a Friday 3pm finish
