Description
We are seeking a Silicon IP Program Manager to join our team at Synopsys, a leading provider of engineering solutions from silicon to systems. As a Silicon IP Program Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout IP program delivery, from kickoff through post-silicon support. You will own statement of work (SOW), program schedules, milestones, and deliverables across analog IP, digital IP, and SoC integration efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout IP program delivery
- Own statement of work (SOW), program schedules, milestones, and deliverables across analog IP, digital IP, and SoC integration efforts
- Coordinate cross-functional global teams including design, verification, applications, and sales
- Identify technical, resource, and schedule risks early and drive mitigation plans
- Report program health and blockers to internal leadership and customers in a way that drives action

Requirements:
- BSEE or equivalent, with 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience
- Proven technical program management experience in SoC design, analog IP, or digital IP development
- Direct experience managing customer-facing programs where you owned schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Strong understanding of semiconductor design flows, IP integration challenges, and what it takes to get a chip to tape out
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, across geographies and disciplines
