We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our manufacturing site in Rushden. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team across Production, Technical, Engineering, and Hygiene, and will play a key role in driving performance improvement and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Formulating and implementing the Manufacturing plan to drive performance improvement
- Building strong commercial relationships with external partners
- Developing and implementing the growth plan with Morrisons and external customers
- Creating a strong customer service culture
- Identifying, developing, and launching new product offers
- Defining and delivering a plan to source raw materials and manage logistics
- Inspiring and leading the team to achieve high performance
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of Site Manager/Director level working for an FMCG Manufacturing business
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry expertise
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to create a people-driven culture
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- The ability to drive performance improvement and think outside the box
- Analytical thinking and sound commercial acumen
