Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our Savannah, GA office. Our Pre-Suit Attorneys make mission critical decisions for the firm and play a significant role in our success.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work
- Complete Flip-to-Lit approval
- Guide clients through the case process
- Draft and file pre-litigation documents
- Complete TD approval for liability issues
- Oversee settlement negotiations and formation of demand packages
- Manage the release approval process
- Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily motor vehicle cases
- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst the team
- Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements
Requirements:
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association
- Personal injury experience preferred
- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Detail-oriented, understanding fact patterns
