We are seeking an experienced Uppdragsledare Väg & Anläggning to join our team in Luleå, Sweden. As a Projekt Manager, you will lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, economy, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from start to finish with responsibility for quality, economy, and customer satisfaction
- Manage project organisation and ensure project scope, time, budget, and risk are met
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, customer demands, and WSP's working methods
- Plan, follow up, and administer projects independently with a focus on customers
- Contribute actively to business development and work towards common goals
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, High School Engineer or equivalent experience in construction
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within infrastructure, preferably with Trafikverket as a customer
- Experience of complex infrastructure projects, primarily within road and construction
- Good understanding of design and design processes
- Knowledge of ABK, AB/ABT, and AMA
- Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
