The FTI Consulting Hong Kong Graduate Consultant Programme provides top business, finance, and accounting graduates with the opportunity to kick-start their careers in consulting.
Responsibilities Graduates should expect to meaningfully contribute to high-profile work by conducting financial and accounting analysis, building financial models, performing research, assimilating and summarizing key documents, corresponding with key external stakeholders, and developing the knowledge needed to excel to the next level of their careers.

Requirements
- University students in their final year of study or recent graduates, preferably in finance, accounting, banking, economic, or business-related disciplines
- Excellent academic records with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- Ability and willingness to obtain a professional qualification, such as HKICPA or CFA
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- High-calibre, dedicated, and driven team player with excellent written and spoken language skills, a head for numbers, and strong analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Right to work in Hong Kong
- Willingness to travel on short notice across Asia, especially in mainland China
- Experience working at other global consulting firms or investment banks is a plus
