We are seeking an Overnight Inbound (Stocking) expert to join our team at Target.
As an Inbound Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores are stocked, organised, and ready for our guests.
Your typical day will include:
- Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience
- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues
- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas
- Executing a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation
- Stocking, organising, and storing reserve product and straightening merchandise on the sales floor
- Maintaining product availability on the sales floor for General Merchandise categories
- Operating powered equipment as necessary
- Processing defective merchandise and handling environmentally sensitive items
- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Thrives in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role
- Is open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts
You will need to have:
- A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members

- Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes
