Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller at our location in München, Schwanthalerstraße 32.
As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for managing the daily cash balance, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily cash balance and handling cash transactions, including foreign currencies and precious metals
- Providing support to customers with various queries and transactions, and directing them to self-service terminals and other channels
- Actively promoting digital services, such as online and mobile banking, to customers
- Contributing to the success of the branch by scheduling appointments and referring customers to advisors
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completed commercial or service-oriented training program, preferably in banking; however, motivated lateral entrants from retail, hospitality, or other service-oriented industries are also welcome
- Reliable work ethic and strong team spirit with high service orientation
- Friendly and confident demeanor, with a willingness to learn new tasks and topics
- First experience in appointment scheduling and referral of customers to advisors, with interest in digital features
- Basic knowledge of private customer products and digital services is desirable
