Visual Merchandiser

We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Target. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and inspiring shopping experience for our guests.

The starting pay range for this position is $20.50 - $22.50 per hour, with a full pay range of $20.50 - $34.85 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with leaders to improve store visual execution and guest experience
• Assess and guide the execution of visual standards across the store
• Support the execution of the company's Visual Merchandising strategy and In-Store Marketing (ISM) elements
• Train and develop team members to improve their visual merchandising skills
• Communicate and support team onboarding and continuous learning
• Demonstrate inclusivity and respect for diverse perspectives
• Maintain organisation of backroom space and ensure current signage tools and fixtures are up-to-date
• Create a welcoming experience for guests and engage with them in a helpful and friendly manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of visual merchandising experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales
• Strong understanding of trend and style reflective of our brand
• Ability to lead and influence store teams
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
