Training Support Lead - Training Division

As a Training Support Lead - Training Division at GDIT, you will play a crucial role in supporting unit commander’s training objectives by developing training methods and materials.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of Individual and Collective training based on C2IS course and exercise plans through coordination with unit and government leadership.
• Schedule, synchronize and deconflict Individual, Intel and Collective training.
• Maintain complete understanding and expert application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
• Develop training methods and materials such as curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids based on consultation with client/user specifications.
• Manage the ongoing operations and futures developments of the Training Division.
• Design the integration of requisite C2IS and Simulation/Stimulation capabilities within training environments.
• Supervise and manage a team, including approving subordinates’ timecards, tracking GDIT yearly goal progress, and approving request for leave.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of related experience supporting Military Operations.
• Expert knowledge of and experience with Army constructive models and simulations.
• Demonstrated experience controlling medium to large unit training events and operations for MTC or similar organizations.
• Secret clearance required to start, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
