Shift Supervisor, Manaus

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team in Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers' needs are met, while prioritising safety, quality, and productivity in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure continuous training, compliance with procedures, and maintenance of a safe environment
• Organise teams, distribute tasks, and manage performance and conflicts
• Monitor indicators, optimise shifts, and implement cost and productivity improvements
• Execute administrative routines, prepare reports, and apply corporate policies, including people management
• Develop the team's skills in Lean Manufacturing and TPM
• Lead the production team during shifts, ensuring that all processes are executed according to established quality and safety standards
• Conduct daily alignment meetings with the team to discuss goals, challenges, and continuous improvement strategies
• Motivate and engage the team, promoting a collaborative work environment and encouraging professional development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in production
• Experience in team leadership
• Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) culture
• Experience with KPI management and Quality Tools
• Flexibility to work in Shift I (5:50 am - 2:10 pm) or Shift II (1:40 pm - 10:00 pm)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, PDCA, TPM, or similar methodologies
