As a Shift Supervisor at CVS Health, you will be a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise store crew, assign tasks, and ensure smooth store operations
- Communicate effectively with store management and crew
- Assist customers with queries, problems, and complaints
- Promote CVS customer service culture
- Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain inventory
- Reset departments following planograms
Requirements:
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills
- Advanced communication and supervision skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a retail supervisor
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
